​​Quiapo is a district and a main city square of Manila. The name was derived from the water cabbage, or Pistia stratiotes, which is named Quiapo or Kiapo in Filipino. It is also referred to as the "Old Downtown of Manila."

It is popular for being a venue for marketplace bargain hunting. The feast of the Black Nazarene is held every year in Quiapo Church.
