tilt-shift effect

​Tilt-shift photography is the use of camera movements on small- and medium-format cameras. It sometimes refer to the use of tilt for selective focus for simulating a miniature scene.

The process itself can be done through the use of Adobe Photoshop. Online tutorials can be seen from streamline video sites like YouTube.
